Privacy notice

This environment stores the contact details, company, country, product selections, request text and private attachments you submit for processing your request. Access is restricted to authorized staff.

Attachments remain private and quarantined until malware scanning passes. Upload-resume checks compare the original filename, size and SHA-256 hash. Request references and receipt tokens support status checks; keep them private.

BUFFERED means the encrypted local buffer received the request while database reception is pending. ACCEPTED means database reception succeeded. Neither state confirms delivery to an external email inbox.

Local test emails are retained in the development mailbox. External email and AI services require explicit configuration. Drawings are excluded from external AI requests.

Do not submit real customer data in this preview. Production operator identity, retention period, legal basis and contact for privacy requests are pending approval before public launch. This draft does not assert legal compliance.
